At ElysaNova, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below carefully.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition
- All original tags and labels must remain attached
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not allowed
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Submit your return request by emailing info@elysanova.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier
- Carefully package and ship the item back at your own expense
- Any applicable customs fees or shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as you are responsible for the return shipment
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments if no valid tracking information is provided
- If tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address, the return is considered successfully delivered
- Providing an incorrect shipping address during checkout is the customer’s responsibility
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
